A 20% deposit of the total stay is required upon booking. The remaining to be paid in full at least thirty days before arrival to confirm room.
Due to our unique location any cancellations affect us significantly, especially over Christmas/ New year and Public Holidays.
We reserve the right to charge 100% of the total booking for cancellations within seven days or where you do not arrive and 50% of total booking for cancellations within thirty days of arrival date. We will try to re-book the rooms and where we are successful a refund will be made to you. We understand that unexpected events do happen and encourage you to have travel insurance to cover these cancellations.
All information collected when you make a booking will be kept private and confidential. We will only use your details to contact you about any changes or specials.
Please note that our facilities are not suitable for toddlers or young children.
Our guest rooms are located upstairs.
We have a no smoking policy inside the lodge and on the verandah.
